I posted my first screenshot post last week and it never showed up on here 
I uploaded an 150x120 thumb & a full size sreencapture 1280 x1024 ... 97.3 KB. It's been over five days, I see screenshots with calander dates of just a couple days ago... What'd I do wrong?

Did you recieve an E-mail from WinCustomize Stating your submission has been rejected? If not, it is still in moderation. Though I doubt that is possible. Screen shots usually get approved fairly quick. I would check your e-mail.

It was likely rejected...and email sent.
The preview image should simply be the exact same screenshot image you upload....[put the jpg in both sections], as the 'small preview' is auto-generated by the site coding....

No e-mail recieved, nothing distasteful, just a wallpaper, skin, & icons. I'll try again maybe Jafo's right, I won't make my own thumb this time.

I think the problem is your nickname.
The upload process doesn't work if you have any charcters other than a-z & 1-10
I had to change my nick when they updated the site so that my uploads would go thru.

Oh, yes....I should have mentioned....nicks 'need' to be alpha-numeric only...no 'odd' characters.....if you are wishing to upload files, etc....

The wallpaper in the screenshot itself must be sufficiently obscured by other things, like perhaps having your startmenu show in the screenie, or some strategically placed widgets which would help to obscure a fair section of the wallpaper.
If it is deemed by moderators that someone could extract a wallpaper from your screenshot, it will be rejected as there's the permission issue involved.
If it's a distasteful wallpaper [e.g. nudes, drugs etc] it will also be rejected.
Hope that helps for your next submission. Don't give up ñot everyone succeeds with their first uploads.
