Logon problem

No names to click for the logon

I use Logon for my laptop, and now when I boot it up, it shows the background of the logon I'm using, but it doesn't have the names. I can't log on to my computer...and I really need some files on it.
Is there anything I can do?...

I'd suggest trying to boot into safe mode and disable logonstudio, reboot, and try logging on then.

At the Welcome Screen, hit Ctrl+Alt+Del twice.
