The lack of replies probably means no - have you searched the galleries?
Natural Desktop is really only a wallpaper with sounds, I don't really know how you'd make a skin that's "similar" but then I/m not a skinner...
C'mon, it's a Windows skin... nobody actually needs it - unless you've made some commitments you can't keep

lots of skins have sounds
my windows classic has sounds (i seem to recall)
my windows xp themes have sounds
since the colors are dynamic unless customized, what do you mean by similar skin?
color?
that grey with the texture?
