I bought the Windows version from you to use at work over a year ago and enquired on the progress of the OSX version back then. It was - and still is - 'under development'.
I really found this useful back when I had two XP machines on my desk - it would have been the icing on the cake to control my PowerBook as well.
Please - release the beta version; I would be happy to test - along with with all the other guys on this page. Come on guys - you have a killer app on your hands here. There are loads of people with a second laptop sitting next to their home PC - and a growing number have Apple laptops.
Really looking forward to it...

I just want to tell you guys developing Multiplicity that as soon as you got an OS X client working, I'll buy your product! Synergy is hard to set up, and Multiplicity is easy. Ah well, back to struggeling with Synergy.

- The installer was being tweaked last night... September
- A MacOS X version is about to go into beta as well... November

I'm actually more concerned about a Linux client of some sort. I've been using Synergy for nearly 6 months now and there are quite a few issues with it that Multiplicity would probably solve.
Given that I have 1 Windows system and 4 Linux screens on my desk, there's no point at all in me getting Multiplicity until there is linux support. (The other issue is that one of those linux systems is PPC, while the rest are x86 and AMD64. A binary x86 version would miss one of my screens.
)

Still waiting for an update. I understand that sometimes release schedules get messed up. But I don't understand not communicating changes to said schedule with your customers.

I just want to state again that I did already purchase Multiplicity, but am using Synergy until OSX functionality is available. Any word on the status of this would be great.

Testing just before Christmas showed a problem with the newer Intel Macs.
The code seems to be working fine on the PPC ones which is what the original development was done on, but there are a couple of glitches showing on the intel ones which we are tracking down. We think the problem is the code is running under emulation and the Apple PPC emulation support is upsetting things so we will be building a native x86 binary as well.

Will there be a Linux version as well? My two boxes are OSX (Intel) and Ubuntu Linux. I no longer have a Windows box.
I currently use Synergy2, but there a number of issues with it with the OSX machine as the master. Since Synergy2 doesn't appear to be in development anymore (or for the time being), I need to find a replacement that'll work more reliably. But OSX and Linux compatibility is required.

I also bought multiplicity pro with the expectation that an OS X client would be available--after all, the web page still says "Mac OS X Client Under Development".
Stardock is usually so responsive and willing to let people try beta software, etc. Is Multiplicity not developed directly by Stardock or is there some other reason we don't have the usual Stardock support and communication on this product?

I work for a state University who uses many, many desks of Windows and Mac OS X combinations. For over a year now, I have been bragging to my manager on how much Multiplicity rocks, and that a Mac client is in development. We've been waiting over a year and he asked me to check it out today, only to discover that it is still under development. I don't know, but it seems a year is a very long time between releases for an application such as this. I'd like to show my manager results and at least have a beta client to put in the environment. It's guaranteed the University will purchase this software, however the time frame is slipping away and they are starting to look to alternatives. If a beta client is available, I'd be most appreciative if someone can point me to where I could get a copy.
