I download a skin from this site.
I get listed in my WB5 window.
I hit the 'aply' button.
But then, the skin isn't the same as on a picture before i downloaded it, instead on my desktop it is a WB4 skin while I want the WB5 skin while I have WB5 installed..
Get it now?

Post system info from the WB application (lower-left corner)

To get more help, please try the following:
Open wbconfig
-- On the left-hand side at the end of the list is an option called System Information.
-- Click the System Information link and right-click the information that comes up.
-- Copy the info and paste it here in your forum thread.

I do not understand what the problem is.
What do you mean by adjust and what is the end result?
