Go to Start\Programs\Accessories then click on Command Prompt
In this example i will silent install Winrar . Locate winrar on your hard drive. Write the path in Command Promt and add /S(this is a switch). "D:\Kit\winupd\aps\winrar\winrar.exe /S" . This will automaticaly install Winrar without your intervention (Silent install).

Not sure, but I don't think the end user products allow a silent install since they need to be registered. Possibly with a corporate version.

A gadget does what you describe for DesktopX objects. It embeds the DX engine in the package and it starts before the gadget loads.
To do the same for a whole theme might requier DesktopX Enterprise but I'm not sure.

my theme just loads automatically
