right click menus are in the wrong direction
Sunday, August 20, 2006 by werewolf | Discussion: Stardock Support General
My right click menu items are listed horizontally, side by side, instead of vertically, stacked on top of each other. Has never done that before.
I just use the convert to current WB option, but all the preloaded skins are doing the same thing. I can't find which .obskin, .ini, .menuskin file will fix it.
Any suggestions?

Stardock, could you figure out why that file just disappeared? I'll send you any info you need.

Booted up my machine this morning and Right Click couldn't find the .obbar file. I went to find it and it was gone!!
So, for some reason, when I shut down my computer last night, and the OS was closing the RC application, it deleted the .obbar file.
Why is it doing that?
I notice that support hasn't peeked into this thread yet
Don't really want to start another thread on this, but how do I get their attention?Reply #26 Monday, September 11, 2006 10:50 AM
I will pass this onto technical support and make sure they get back with you as soon as they can. Thank you for your patience.

werewolf: I've sent you an email regarding your issue.
If anyone else is encountering this issue, please contact us at [email protected] and send in your desktopmenu.obbar file (located in the RightClick directory). If it's a submenu giving you the problem, please send in your .obbar file for that submenu located in the "Bars" subdirectory in the RightClick folder.
Thanks!
-Mike
