All you need to do is click on the corner of it and drag it there!

Sorry didn't see the part about doing it with ObjectBar. Someone that uses it will come along with the answer!

I believe that's not object bar in the shot - it's the taskbar - drag your windows taskbar up there

Right click on your task bar and make sure its " unlocked " first - then grab it with your cursor - holding down the left side of mouse then drag the taskbar up the side first - then to the top - then let go of left side of mouse...right click on task bar again - select " lock " task bar.

You know - the reason I wrote out the directions for this was because i'll never forget when I bought the computer for my " boys " and i was using it while they were in school....I accidently pulled the task bar to the side of the screen. I had no idea what I had done - I spent hours trying to fix it until I was just about in tears. I didnt want my oldest son coming home to a " broken " computer. He walked in after school and saw my pitiful dilemma and laughed at me. Pulled the taskbar back to bottom and locked it in so it wouldnt accidently get pulled up again.

Needless to say - that was my first lesson on lock/unlocking the task bar.

I've had students, fairy, that unplugged their desktops and brought them to me to repair...and all that was wrong was the taskbar was resized halfway up the screen or stuck to the right edge or top....started including a "locking the taskbar and toolbars" session in my fundamentals class!

Funny how something that 'seems' so easy can be so confusing to explain.
