wb5 not loading theames newst version

hi guys im having a problem with windows blindes as it wont load up any styles i chose all it will change is the desktop pic (sometimes) and after i change it the freame around the window blinds disapears so dont have the option to minamize or close only color i have is that puky win xp blue please help.. i updated two days ago ..

Please post the system information from the WB config here. That might help.
