Centering docks

Thursday, August 10, 2006 by j0hny | Discussion: Docks

Hey everyone, just started using Objectdocks and love it, just have a quick question.
I've looked through the forum for my answer but can't find it, I was just wondering if it was possible to center a dock in the middle of the desktop, instead of just the sides. Anyone know how to do this?
As I was browsing some themes I saw a couple with docks centered so I guess it is possible.

Thanks in advance.

Assuming you are running version 1.3, you can go to "Dock Settings (configure dock) > Position > deselect the 'Automatic distance from edge' > use the sliding adjuster to set the preferred location.

Note - this is based on the ObjectDock Plus version 1.3. If you are running the free version of ObjectDock, the 'Automatic distance from edge' option will be there somewhere, but may be in a different tab or category of Dock Settings dialog.

If you are running version 1.2, you will need to upgrade to 1.3 to have this option.

1.3 free = no auto distance - under positioning tab - slide from 'right on edge' to 'far from edge'
