Installation trouble

Excuse me, how do I install IconPackager icons that are in zip files?
Today I downloaded this one icon pack (Mac OSX System) and the zip file didn't have the .ip file in it. And I have no idea how to install it.

I usually use the "Install from disk" button and browse to the zip. It will install for me if it is a valid package. That seems to be the easiest if it doesn't self install.
