cursorxp zipfile into...

when i download a cursorxp theme that is create with a zip file and a make it a curxptheme,i can't load it with cursorxp.then i get the message: can't load this selected theme.
what i'm doing wrong??

take a look inside, if there's one in there then unzip it and double click the theme inside
