installing of theme

hello ppl im new.i want to install this theme here:

and i dont know how to install it.somebody told me that i have to download gui replacer but i couldnt find a working dl link.

thank you.i found another good theme and now i want to delete this button

and then i want to add another button there.at last i need to know how to move objects.

I have heard there are some good DesktopX Tutorial, but that's just a rumor.
