Download Restrictions

As I'm not currently a subscriber, I'm restricted to 100MB worth of downloads. Does this ever reset, or is it a case that once all 100MB has been used I cannot ever download stuff again?

No, it doesn't reset.
It's deemed sufficient free 'content' for a person to determine whether he then would want to subscribe to access more...

You dont have to subscribe to WC but you need to at least purchase a Stardock product then you can continue to download.
