Anyone able to help me? I have seen logons that have no bottom panel but yet the shutdown button and notice show. I can't seem to make it happen.  Help!!

if the shutoff button is down at it's normal bottom place then crop a bottom piece of the center pic to use as the bottom panel so it blends in.

That one is not showing a 'shutdown'.
I'm guessing the bottom panel height is set to '0'.+

try setting it to 100 and see what happens.
