LogonStudio

I have installed LogonStudio and I can upload the file but when I try to use it, it just gives me the original 3 welcome logons. Why? I cannot seem to get the new ones I have uploaded to come up on the list. I had this on my old computer so I know how to use it and for some reason it won't work now. Please advise.
