My CurXPUtil doesn't work

I need some help here, because my CurXPUtil to create the png filmstrips doens't work, and without it I can't do anything.
When I double click to open it, it doesn't do anything, like if it didn't load the app. I have searched for another program that creates filmstrips like this, but I haven't found anything.
Can anyone help me???

Oh no wonder, since it didn't came in the folder I got confused.
