Mystery upload error message

I guess that explains why I cant upload a simple screen shot. New Forum. I Don't even know how to use this so I guess Im on my own to figure out the messages that make no sense. Each day its like an obstacle course to get around here. All I wanted was to upload a simple screen shot . After 5 or 6 tries I decided id come to the forum where im met with a new forum that i cant find my way around. Anyway - this is a before I upload file shot with the After results pasted on the bottom..notice i showed the pathway on the screenshot and preview so you can clearly see each file has a different named jpeg. Yet - same failed upload with mystery message.

" ** The process cannot access the file 'F:\Websites\www.wincustomize.com\!!Temp\843_tFairyy703DigitabArtworkpreviewjpg' because it is being used by another process. "

If your aware of this problem - a simple acknowledgement will prevent me from wasting anymore time trying to sort it out.

I feel better now - I hate being the only one with wierd stuff happening. As long as its just a bug that resulted from some of the new activity then I wont drive myself nuts ... I hadnt been to forum before that to see the changes . Thanks Windoe .

Sorry for the upload problems today.  A code update caused some issues.  The uploads should be back to normal now.

Well - I may have spoken to soon..while the file uploaded no problem I recieved 2 rejections . One was automated with just a " you havent met guidelines , followed by a second rejection that states :

Dear Fairyy~,

Thank you for your recent upload of your DigiTab Artwork for ScreenShots
Unfortunately your upload has not met our guidelines and has been rejected. There seems to be no thumbnail or preview.
However we do look forward to your future submissions.

But I uploaded 2 views.....so I will try renaming the files again submit again.

Well - Digitab Artwork v2 uploaded really fast and recieved automated rejection followed by a second rejection ( this time it says " No pics " were uploaded ( sigh ) But im uploading a SS and a preview jst like i have done in the past. No I guess its not fixed quite yet. Dear Fairyy~, Thank you for your recent upload of your DigiTab Artwork v2 for ScreenShots Unfortunately your upload has not met our guidelines and has been rejected. No pic's. The same , again, for me, Karen... One pic out two...though I didn't make anything different from the 288 other uploaded shots !!!

Im sure they will get it sorted out - they are halfway there. Im running out of names to rename this though.

Tried to rename the shot and the files...............rejected ! Give up with that and go to sleep ! will see tomorrow...

Makes it rather difficult to know whats going on when almost every main forum i click on comes up with a blank page with this message : "No web site is configured at this address." I was only able to access general tab .

This was rejection number 3 on same screen shot - this email came at 2 pm today and was an upload from last night - so im assuming that the problem wasnt resolved at that time. So Ive uploaded it for the 4th time with a new file name - I see some things have been uploaded today so Im assuming that problem has been fixed ? This was email from 2 pm today : Dear Fairyy~, Thank you for your recent upload of your My DigiTab for ScreenShots Unfortunately your upload has not met our guidelines and has been rejected. I no sooner hit the send button and I heard the " you got mail " and SS was uploaded - so I guess we are fixed .......
