Can't install a desktop Object I downloaded - Help

I downloaded the 'OSX Tiger V B' Object desktop, but when I opened the download there was a huge list of files but no instruction on how to load it nor was there a self extractor/loader. I'm a new user so forgive me if this is a dumb question, but I need help.

hi download again to foulder ie web downloads re dl save to web download on desk top when finished go toocon in dl foulder then right click on the download look for open here it will open the file then copy past to ,programe or you can go to above download and then click open that should install direct to foulder in object desktop

Do you have WindowBlinds software installed, that skin downloads as a .wba file, which when double clicked will self install.
