Problem with WB 5.01f(b).010

The Gamma Adjustment setting appears to no longer work properly. Certain parts of the skin such as the Start menu, start menu button minimized window button in taskbar, can be adjusted to a darker or lighter setting. However, the taskbar remains the same.
