Upload not working

hi, I cant upoad images and skins.
I the past it went a really slow, but I uploaded some skins, so I know how to do it, but for some last months it just wont let me through. I tried to upload it on several computers and several networks.
I discovered 2 Issues:
1. when selecting files from a folder with a name containing spaces, etc.
it didnt find the file
2. now when I fill all forms in the UPLOAD section, it writes:
** Both screenshot file and skin file are required. Please select both files and try again.
BUUT both the screenshot file and the skin file were added and the format is good. I tried more ways, but without success.
