2. you might get help much sooner.
3 Because a moderator asked you to.
Ever thought you may not be getting help because you have asked the same question more than once in the same manner, Rudly??????????

| WHY |
Because you have been asked to do so...on 3 separate occasions...so far.
If you noticed...on the last 2 occasions I edited the title so it would not seem so aggressively demanding and perfunctory.
1. Politely seek assistance...
2. Do so without the ALL CAPS LOCK ON....
3. One thread only is more than sufficient for each subject at issue....

| my caps lock was on beaucause it was my entry sentence |
If you mean it was your Title for the thread...then, again, it need NOT be capitalized as it is not of world-shattering importance that it needs to stand out or take precedence over every other thread on the Forum page.
If it is OK for the rest of the forum contributors then it is also OK for you, too...

I went to the object directory on my PC and double clicked with no problems. Try that.
It also did not close when clicking on the [x] in the corner.
