ok hi iam new to this and i downloaded a desktop and i wanted to know how do i use this? thanks in advance

If it was the DesktopX library, then you will need at least the DesktopX program installed.
You can go to the "Software" tab at the top of the page, which will provide links to the information/download pages for the various programs.
If you want to leave a link to the desktop you are referring to (simply go to that desktop and click the "More Details" button to load the preview > copy the address from the address bar > paste the address directly into the comment box here) - this will enable more specific help on the question.
