Just testing FF to see if Fairyy~'s problem is on mime too.

Hmmm, I thought mime's were silent. You should have just used emotes to make the point..

Mine's probably an older FF....hence it's issues....I'll update and see what transpires....though I don't use it enough to 'care'....

Hey, the "N" & "M" keys are right next to each other, it's not my fault if I can't type right (actually it is). Man, what is it about spelling on this site. Ah well, at least it wasn't Jafo who caught me this time.

Man, what is it about spelling on this site.

Some opportunities for a good chuckle are just too good to pass up.

We all make those spelling mistakes now and then.

Mine was a few versions old...but I didn't even think of updating it until I saw others reply they had no problem and what version they were using. It was a 12 minute fix for me. I use FF now because Im used to it...although I got an email reply from " incoherent " and he told me to try out IE 7 - its supposed to use less resources.

I still can't believe just an older version of FF was causing such issues - but it was...

i'm not sure, but it maybe a conflict in the firefox colour settings...it you go to the options (Alt-O) then the Content, then Font & Colors, you could try playing with the Color settings there...

Smiles don't work with MSN Explorer either...but they do in firefox...and for line breaks I have to type the code for them in MSN Explorer. But the most annoying thing is the freezing when I click on a post or try to back out of one. Theres a few second freeze.

It would also be nice if you could automatically go to the end of a thread you have viewed before

Fairyy~, I am using the formula bar at the top of the Comment Box. Inserting text and codes where relevant.

Do you have cookies enabled? That's how WC keeps track of where you were. No cookies = no "go to last post"

Wow. Quite the topic hijack. No word from T-Man or Dean why the Honorifics are being removed or if they are temporary.

If it has to do with site speed . . . I can live without them. Still . . . it would be nice to know why.

I only use the WC browser and never clear my cookies and occasionally I have the problem (this is one thread) where I don't get taken to the last post in the thread. I also see Honorifics here in the WC browser. I've never even been to the forums via the website or even SDC so I'm assuming that the Honorifics aren't showing in one or both of those...
