No Acces Theme installation

Hey i havent been here in a while and i just downloaded the no access theme, how do i install it

If so, rename it.
It should have downloaded as "NoAcess.desktop".
double click it.

Nah i dloaded it and it saved as No acess and when i extracted it i have a couple pix and text files and a goodbye file

shouldn't have extracted.
the extension should have been ".desktop" all you have to do is double click those.
if yours downloaded as ".zip", change the extension to ".desktop" and double click it.
i downloaded it between comments 3 & 4 - Firefox correctly saved the download as a ".desktop".
".desktop" is just another form of zip that DTX know how to use.
same way with .wba & WB
