Unable to download skins from SC
No download manager, libraries, or downloaded skins

I have lost all ability to examine or download skins from all applications in SC. The download manager icon and list of installed applications is missing. The Browser, Skins & Themes titles are missing from the left pane. When I click on Tools drop-down menu "Check for Skin Updates" and "View WinCustomize Updates" selections are grayed out. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled SC four times with the same results. I have been a subscriber for many years and have never run into anything like this. Technical support has been no help on this issue. As it is, the only thing I can update are new beta incremental application changes. The only access to skins is WinCustomize website which is slow and clumsy.
