Help applying new boot skin

I recently downloaded a boot skin and unzipped it but not sure how to apply it so that it will work on my computer. I looking in the file once I unzipped it and it has the picture of the boot skin image, an ini file, and a file with a bmp extension. Any help would be appreciated.
