How can I make my windows xp desktop look like OS Tiger?

I'm pretty new to customizing my windows themes. I saw this as a windowblinds theme which I have, but it doesn't look like the pic provided:

What program(s) do I need and what file can I find on wincustomize.com to make my desktop look like OS Tiger?

To the dock in the bottom you need ObjectDock, for the icons you need IconPackager and I think the menu bar is ObjectBar. WindowsBlinds will only change the borders of Windows, taskbar (keeping its normal functionality) and start menu
To get the toolbar shown you need Styler
Some things need to be pimped manually like dock icons.

Just click in download

Maybe buying ObjectDesktop is better
