Packaged Themes do not save Tabbed Docks

When you go to save your theme, Dock Settings> Package theme> package entire dock... it does not save the "entire" settings. It dosent seem to include tabbed docks in the theme file.
Ive also tried Tab Settings> General> Save theme/Package theme and neither one will allow me to save "all" of my settings (normal docks and tabbed docks) to a file that i can reload or send to someone else.
Is there another way to do this?

I always use 'Dock Settings->General->Save Theme As...' not what you have above. This has worked flawlessly for me since OD+ 1.10 to restore saved themes.
It's not really of any use to send themes to anyone else because invariably some icons and program paths are different between the two machines. It would only work if the two PCs were exact clones of each other at the time the theme was saved.
Packaging an OD theme cannot be expected to package all the applications that the shortcuts point to as well!
