Server Upgrade Completed
Wednesday, June 7, 2006 by T-Man | Discussion: WinCustomize News
The database server upgrade is now completed. The process was pretty smooth and painless so that was a big sigh of relief. And so far it appears that site is definitely running better with the new DB Server in place. There is still always room for improvement but this was definitely a big step in the right direction.
Let us know how things are running for you. Does the site feel faster, slower, the same? We are interested in hearing from you how everything is working. Also, if you run into any thing we may have broken along the way please let us know that so we can get it fixed asap.

| I wasn't here on the weekend to see this first hand so I'm not sure what the cause was. |
Yet another example of how Stardock lets their people put their "lives" ahead of us. My only hope is when the Drengin overlords come they take T-Man first.

I know them personally and trust me, I won't be the first. But I know who will be.
| Now that you have returned Janitor T-Man, why does nothing update on the site since the conversion 6 days ago ? Same front page, same Popular Skins, Artist, Download stats, etc. |
Looking into it.
