Disabling Start Menu, Menu Arrows?

Tuesday, June 6, 2006 by Keikonium | Discussion: Windows XP

I while ago, I had my start menu looking like this:

Now it looks like this:

How do I get rid of the arrows on the right, so I can just click the icon to load the folders? I have searched thru Tweak UI (which is what I thought I used to change this...) but I couldn't locate any options. A little help ?

Control Panel/ Start menu and taskbar/ Start Menu/ Customize/advanced.... change the catagories from display as a menu to display as a link.

Don't the arrows just mean that when you hover over them the open a list of whats in that folder, whereas without they just open the folder?
