IP Feature Request (Startmenu)

I was changing icons in my startmenu today and I thought it would be a great feature to have that possibility in iconpackager, too. Main advantage would be to be able to drag and drop the icon on a shortcut. It would be best to integrate that as a seperate tool as the packages can't contain icons for every possible app.
