Animations in WindowFX 3 beta not start up properly

Hi
I have noticed in my computer that the animation fuctions (menu & window) in WindowFX 3 beta do not start up properly.
Although i already set it run automatically at Startup but whenever my computer go back from a hibernation / standby / restart, I have to unload and load WindowFX again to get its window / menu's animation work.
This situation happens only with animation (both window and menu). The task switching and taskbar preview still work good.
Please anyone help me to fix this
