Window background

I would like to change the background of my windows. For my C drive and such. What is the easyest way to do this if any?

Browse to the folder you wish to customize, and edit the desktop.ini file, which is hidden by default. Add:
[{BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}]
IconArea_Image=E:\My Documents\My Pictures\MyCustomBG.jpg
for example.
