About WindowBlinds and SkinStudio...

I found something like WindowBlinds, called StyleXP. It has some of the same features of WindowBlinds, but it is like IconPackager and BootSkin combined with it. You can change icons, boot screens, and much more.
There is also something called StyleBuilder, which is like SkinStudio. There may be another feature you can also edit.

and you'd be better off leaving it where you found it....can cause issues with system restore/repair cos of hacked dll's. The XP installation disc doesn't like them.
The ObjectDesktop suite of programs is definitely the best bet....does all StyleXP can and much, much more.
