Widgets crash with non-admin user
Permission issue?

Limited users are not able to launch widgets. I thought perhaps permissions. I applied the cacls command that fixes WB5 for limited users to the DesktopX folder, and it allowed launching widget manager after, but still not widgets. They crash with the general Send-Don't Send windows debug window. An Administrator account can launch them fine. Doesn't the userpermissions.txt line in WB apply to sub-folders as well? Or am I missing something else? TIA.
