Thumbnail Previews with an "X" In Stardock Central and Wincustomize Browser

Seems like every new WB Skin submitted out there , there are no thumb previews for the newer skins submitted. However they show on the main site Wincustomize.com..... Strange. What should I do from here.

Stardock are having some server issues again & in the process of doing some updating/upgrading to better service all the traffic the sites get. Don't know if that's the problem, but could be a side effect of what's going on this weekend.
