CursorXP Pickle

When I try to select an 'alternate select' cursor for use, the cursor xp program doesn't switch the old one out. It only let's me use the 'normal select' cursor. How can I successfully switch to the 'alternate select' cursor?

click the upper left configure, then the bottom right configure
that what you're looking for?
