i downloaded the circulation theme but i dont know how to install or open it, i have no programm for it oO

That can cause it not to work.
Each gallery has a descripiton box that has a link for any software needed.
There's also a software tab at the top of the page at Wincustomize.
Circulation:
DesktopX theme needs DesktopX: Link
Logon needs Logon Studio: Link
