How do i shut off DesktopX F9 and F10 key grabing.

I use Delphi, have for a long time. I could reassign the key in delphi but I am super accustomed to using f9 to run my programs... Anyway to tell DesktopX not to grab these keys?

yea. it's like when I use 3Dmax and hit F10 to do a render. I moved the key to Scroll Lock. that key doesn't seem to do much.
