How to edit a window color?

Part of the WindowBlind themes have soft colored windows (the window's background color), but many have white windows which I would like to edit into a pastel color. Can this be done with SkinStudio Professional?
If so, can anyone tell me how to do this? It does not work with the Desktop Properties so there must be another way to edit the theme.

Then where are these Classic Colors? I don't understand a thing of how to use that program. What button do I click? All I want is change the Window color, and what is background MDI?
