I purchased WB5.01 and was trying to install the Vista Windows blinds , but I wanted to know if installing a blinds would also change the folders icon like shown in the link or do I need to install anything else to ensure all the Explorer looks like Vista.

Iconpackager changes the other icons
there is an option to change icons per a skin, if the skin includes an iconpackage and you have iconpackager installed
