Object Dock background request

I'm not that good at making them, but I know how to make them, but maybe cool designers like WebGizmos, Gooberbean28, and many other great skinners can help us out here, so if you would like one just tell us!

I used a larger image for this than normal, 800x90, so right and left width and outsideborder left and right could be set at 75,
so inside the palm trees so they are not stretched. With large width and border values need a large image width wise. Large values
on a smaller image does not apply proper, will have blank in center of dock. Not sure how much is needed but it seems there has to be
enough of the image between width and border for it to be stretched properly.

I had tried 500x80 or there abouts plus a lot more sizes smaller.
kept trying increasing the outside borders which didn't work and kept running
in to the blankspace in the center.
It's one picture....it shouldn't be so hard!!!!!!

My methodology was to take the elements from the game GUI (they are in dxpaxk format), take screenshots of them, drop them in MS Paint, try to line them up via modification of the Simple theme in SKS.
I will need to butcher from scratch to send you anything WG. I'll start again tonight.
