Unrecognized File Types

When I unzipped Aero's Revenge I found that some of the file types within could not be recognized by windows. When I did a file type search I still had no success. What programs might I be missing that would enable windows to succesfully read every file in the theme and skin folders?

I read the description - it doesn't mention other programs, so I gotta ask:
Do you have DesktopX the program installed?
Each gallery has a Description box that also includes a link to the main program needed to use what's in the gallery. For Desktop X themes (and suites) there can be extras like Rainlendar, Sysmetrix, etc - which means you would also need those programs. You can also click the 'software' tab above to get an idea.

Desktop X is installed. I'll seek those other programs.
