tabs?

w/ od+ is it possible to make tabs like in aero xp...if not wut program lets you do that?

k...but how do you make it open a menu when u click on the tab like in the aero xp destopX theme

The dock itself is a menu. It's just a graphical (picture) menu using png's instead of text. However, the latest version allows you to use text only (right-click a blank spot on the dock and choose view/as names from the menu).
If you want a dock item to open a menu, you make a folder and put all the links (shortcuts) you want in the menu into it and then create a dock item out of the folder and check the "Show As Menu" box in the item properties.
I've been using Object Dock for quite a long time without the Windows Start Menu or taskbar. It's highly adaptable given a little thought.
