Gutter Bar

I closed my gutter bar but can't make it come back,(yes I tried the option(s) )

I just tried it on my machine with OE 1.7.1 and I can hide and show the gutterbar without any problems. what version are you running? perhaps I'm running a newer one where it's fixed...
