Windows move when using WindowsFX 3.o beta with virtual desktop

When using WindowsFX 3.0 beta current version and swith desktops with virtual desktop, if the windows are positioned to top and left they will move to the right a couple of pixels each time you switch back and forth between the desktops. Is this a known bug? is there a fix? Systems specs,

Update, did some more checking and this only happens with skins using alpha blending.

This problem still exist for me with the current build.

Did a little more checking this morning before going to work will check more later tonight but this appears to only happen when windows animation is used. All other settings working great.
