Destruction

Greetings! I'm new to the software and I installed the Destruction theme for DesktopX, I was hoping somebody could tell me how to change the words on the categories of the menus. I was able to change the links within the categories, but anytime I attempt to select the categories themselves it acts like I'm selecting the category box.
The categories are currently "Internet","Graphics","Office","Customize","Utilities","Media", and "Shortcuts" (Just to make certain you all know what I'm talking about.
