Probably not...says the author is boboy2u....think I've seen other works of this person on ThemeXP.

I haven't paid any attention to the cursors. I haven't noticed any major changes though.

I read somewhere Vista will (does) have new cursors, but they aren't the default ones. I think you have to go into the cursor selection, and there might be an 'aero' one, or something similar.

The post-beta 2 builds (5456+) do have new cursors.. I put them on my XP and Beta 2 and they look quite nice.
