Clear WindowBlinds??

I'm looking for a completely clear WindowBlinds skin. I would like the Start menu to look like a sheet of glass. Is there one out there? I'm currently using ClearONE2 but the Start menu is black with a glass ring. Is there a way to change the black color to glass? Thanks for any help.
